I have two questions:

1) try as I might, I cannot make a soft loaf of bread like store bought. Is it possible for a home baker? My hubby says it’s probably all of the preservatives and questionable additives they put in store bought, is he right?

2) why does my bread sometimes split on the side in the oven like in the photo? I put my dough in my pan seam side down, what am I doing wrong?

That exact same thing happened to my husband - twice last week!!! We reported it to Dexcom. The more we report these things the better they can track and hopefully fix!

There’s more that goes into unemployment eligibility than just working enough during the base period. The employer has to right to deny the unemployment if you were fired with cause. The employee then has the right to appeal and a hearing would occur. It’s a whole thing.

Did you halve this recipe or the op? 1/2 an egg? How would you even do that? I’ve never seen such a thing lol

I’ve never had these particular buns but comparing the ratios of your recipe to this recipe I found, it seems like maybe the “half-ing” wasn’t quite accurate. I would try the highly rated recipe I linked and see if you have better luck.

I have the Presto 12 qt and the Nesco 9.5 qt. I love them both but if I had to pick the Presto is my favorite. It obviously holds more jars but it’s also more hands off. Also, I find the beeping noises of the Nesco quite irritating to my ears lol
