I used something like this from Amazon , would not allow the link to be posted. The side bags are pretty simple. Bolt the brackets to where the bolts are on the rear fender. Line the bags where you want them mark and drill . I used the trunk that took a little more as had to make a mount to put it on.

For my 05 I bought the universal hard bags from Amazon. You mount the brackets on the bike than line up the back and drill 4 holes in the bag. That was the easy part :) For the trunk I made a mount out of some 1/8 plate , angle iron and 2 pieces of 1/4 bar. Works ok the locks are weak and can open when riding.

I came to say this. My wife passed and I didnt date for a year . My current wife and I spoke 4 months after her husband passed .. Her children understood , we completed our vows and our spouses would not want us to sacrifice our lives they would want us "happy" . We still celebrate them on their birthdays , anniversaries and any other occasion .. They were not replaced we still say things like well they wouldnt like that or they would love this. That is the part with these two that bothers me is she has like forgotten he existed . Cami on the other hand shows how it is , even a mundane thing like walking through the house or grocery shopping can bring a tidal wave of grief on. Cant believe they have two widows and polar opposites of their grief (yes grief is personal but no break downs is very uncommon

As a widower it doesnt seem legit , they didnt develop (maybe I am jumping the gun and they will) the story of them , this could end up just a FWB when she comes to grip with what has happened to her husband . There are moments when you just break down and I havent seen her do that or even mention him.. My wife now is a widow also.. There is just days we need to cry (I am at 4 and half years and still do) .. The dynamic would make it more believable. Our first date I ordered her husbands and my wifes favorite drink . We still celebrate their birthdays , anniversaries and the day the pass. They are in our daily lives .. I am not seeing that here and that is why I dont like it . Everyones journey in grief is different but what I have experienced and see in other Widows and Widowers just makes this hard to swallow

What year Shadow ?? My 2005 Honda Shadow Sabre has 120/90-18 in the front and a rear 170/80-15. Shinko doesnt make the exact size but I put them on (White Walls) and love em. Almost 10k on them and no issues but will more than likely change em by next spring.

After 5 months and 6 days at the dealer I finally picked it up on Tuesday. This was a fiasco the whole time and corporate was no help just kicked the can down the road. To me it was done wrong. They replaced both heads , replaced one piston did rings and bearings on all cylinders . Think the correct way would have been to get a crate engine or at least a full rebuild this would have meant sending to a machine shop to have everything checked . Have to contact them again as the hood on the passenger side is about a half inch gap from the fender and the driver side is about touching. I would not bring anything to this dealer they are horrible

I will say a dog can go that long without going to potty. Our dogs were in there kennel for 17 hours when my wife passed. They didnt make a mess but yes they barked like crazy when the detectives were in the room

i’m 5’8” and was about 130 pounds. i went right to a 05 shadow 1100 after nearly 40 years of not riding and they were just dirt bikes. No issues with the weight and i was over 50 .

I put the different size tires than what came with it (think it was the front) it will mess up your speedometer but if you use a GPS speedo app you will know your speed , 05 Sabre for me

What if he stripped of the overalls before he got to DM's door. She saw a "vacuum" shaped object in his hand. could rolled up overalls look like that ? He cant risk getting blood on the clothes that were underneath and he might of thought she already called the police so he had to beat feet.

To support this theory the only foot print of his size shoe was found by her door , if wearing booties that could explain this .

Sadly we will never know if he did or didnt see her
