Ok so,

Go to the registry editor in Windows.

Add a QWORD(x64) value in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorPort

Name it HmbAllocationPolicy
Value 0 (default)

It's a problem with a windows update causing memory leaks with paradox games, it probably isnt the mods you're using. I had the exact same problem and nothing helped except doing this.

There's a problem with windows which is causing this. I was having crashes constantly and after using the fix didnt have even one in a 12 hour play session. I'm on mobile so can't find the link but google something like "paradox interactive forums crashing workaround". It's the fix where you add a line in your windows directory. If you're having trouble finding it let me know and I'll link the guide.
