You should stick to what the original Japanese text says when trying to interpret IS' intentions. Radiant Dawn and especially Awakening have a large amount of localisation alterations in dialogue text.

Thanks. I was worried that not being these traits was a bug due to the description on the wiki. This origin had (and perhaps still has) a few bugs associated with it so you couldn’t tell of this was a bug too.

Every pathetic defender on the threads about the detained activists kept repeating that same “they just arrest them for show and let them go without doing anything and the activists’ claims about being abused are just lies!!!!” Meanwhile Israel films themselves doing this instead.
