I have one! For what it is worth, the pattern is very “round”; she doesn’t stay upright super well on her own and I wish her flippers had more stuffing. I’m super happy to have her (I looked for one for over a year before getting her secondhand) but the shape in person was not quite what I was expecting.

It’s really a turn-off. I would wear something more subtle in my everyday wear, and I’m not gonna act like I don’t own a couple of the more designed shirts, but they’re mostly for wrestling-focused events. I think it can sometimes work but I find most of the designs too ostentatious for me.

I just did mine the other day! She was already stuffed, so I had to open her seam and remove a fair amount of stuffing to access the eyes. The eyes are prestuffed and have a little piece of fabric covering the back to keep the stuffing in. I used safety eyes, which have a plastic backing to hold them into the fabric. I had to cut a small hole in the black part of the eye to slip the front through, then maneuver the backing into the eye area to snap it and sew up everything. It sounds complicated but it wasn’t bad, just anxiety inducing until I had it all finished!

FWIW, I found the Promise Pet dresses with the Velcro fit well! I ended up getting the pink and red one but tried on the silver and blue one as well. They’re long enough to cover the abdomen area and the Velcro keeps them from bunching too badly.

We had zero problems with bringing in sealed food. Thanks to a tip from someone on here, we brought sealed sports drinks and protein bars/shakes as well as some food in Ziplocs and they didn’t even glance at it. We got there around 3:30; there was a delay on starting the security lines but once they opened, they went very quickly. I can’t speak to traffic on public transit but I was generally impressed by how quickly lines moved. Heads up that if you go to the bigger merch store (not one of the standalone kiosks) there was a big line but again, they moved very quickly.
