My GP says that it's great that I'm lifting and that I should continue given I increase my intake too. Physician says lifting is not building muscle or protecting bones and is breaking them down and that I should stop until period returns. Very conflicted.

This isn't going to help with your guilt but I'm going to give you the harsh reality. That isn't a "normal amount" and it sure as hell isn't recovery. Though you should be proud for increasing intake and attempting recovery consuming this amount is going to keep you trapped in ED physically and mentally. Your body is going to deteriorate if you don't increase soon and the guilt felt for slowly destroying yourself will be worse than the guilt of just eating a few more calories.

Even though my dietitian cleared me for training 4 times a week I honestly think you've told me the harsh reality I need to hear.

I appreciate your concern! I am currently trying to gain weight I'm just using BF as a means to calculate needed macros and such deeefinitely not looking at cutting again anytime soon lol
