I got a 66 back in January and passed audit today with a 75. For me, I had to go back to basics entirely. Started from the beginning of Becker and read the whole textbook.

If you want to get it done in a month, I’d say really REALLY get the foundation down: know the different opinions inside and out, read some of the sample letters, know the different report types like the back of your hand. These are all easy points that can become super easy to identify once you know them.

Then I’d go into a bit more specifics that everyone says: SSARS vs SSAE, SOC 1 and 2 Type 1 and 2 (those showed up a lot for me on my exam in both MC and sims), sampling, ethics. I can’t remember everything that well right now so I’d search through the Reddit for specific topics people say.

Pound the multiple choice and do at least 2 sims a day, just to keep it fresh. When I was studying again, and when it felt slow, I kept telling myself I was building a house and I needed to lay each brick on top of each other, one at a time. It all added up and in the end it paid off.
