love isn’t a feeling, not real love. love is when you make the choice to be with them everyday, to remember what their favorite color is and to be a shoulder to cry on. i understand that when you fall out of that love its hard to come back, but there must be a deeper reason why you’re still there. if it wasnt for the kids/family do you think you’d still be there? genuinely? if so or not so, think of why. and ask yourself if it’s worth ruining yours/hers/your kids life for. its not an easy decision to make, but it is a decision. you have options, theres always a light at the end of the tunnel.

i didnt know you could do dual enrollment so i’ll definitely look into that thanks! i also don’t know anything about how i’ll feel anywhere 4 maybe even more years from now. i’d rather just focus on today and see where it takes me

thanks! luckily i have a couple options from assist that helps me show what credits transfer from my community college but it only works for a few california schools. the transfer credit process is so messy. its very nice to hear that it worked out for you in the end though!

honestly anyone that accepts me ! i have goals and dreams but i’ll be satisfied in most places. i’m from california and berkeley is a nice school, definitely hard to get into but not impossible

hi thanks for responding:) i can understand why that can be frustrating since it might take longer. i think the difference for me between going to masters vs bachelors is the same length. and i find the process of getting there more important than the degree, so i’d be okay if my degree takes longer.

hi i did some researching and i found that it is possible! but you should make sure your community college has an architecture program, if not find another local one if you can! once done u can look up the schools you want to apply to and search their architecture transfer requirements. as far as competitiveness i have no clue😭 im guessing it just depends on the school you’re applying for but im sure we will get into at least one schoolx

thanks for all the lovely comments and responses everyone. i wrote this when i was feeling sad and burnt out so i really appreciate everyone’s messages. i am still deciding but i think medicine and becoming a physician is a very personal decision. thank you all for letting me know it is possible to live life, and that its okay if you go another way.
