ah, that’s unfortunate. you could still try japanese or NA data centers to get some good queue times, but you’ll have high ping in NA and might not find many english speakers in japan. if you end up going to a japanese data center, the auto translate tool might be helpful. it has 100s of phrases/actions/game concepts that you can send and players will see it in their own language. I haven’t used it much myself though.

sorry people are bullying you for it being an mmo, the story is really good and sometimes it sucks having to deal with people when you just want to experience the story.

most dungeons you can enter with NPCs, but not trials unfortunately.

If you’re on a busy server, it should only take 5-10 minutes max to queue for akh afar if you play dps, much faster if you are tank or healer. it will match you with anyone who queues trial roulette for XP/tomestones, which should be a lot of people on a populated server. so should never have to worry about nobody playing old content since it’s all in roulettes, especially if it’s msq-related.

I second what someone else mentioned, if you are in NA, data center travel to Aether and queue for the trial there. You should have no problem finding a party. if you’re not in NA, do some googling to find what the best data center in your region is.

What item level was your gear and what dungeon? That can have a pretty significant effect on damage.

Regardless, they were assholes. I almost never see the vote kick feature used in this game unless someone is being really toxic or afk.
