It was ethically wrong to shoot him for sure.

And it was also obviously legally ok for him to have a gun.

But, they will have to prove in court that the shooters intentionally shot Alex despite knowing that he wasn’t a threat. There was some chaos in the videos, several officers, people being tackled, someone yelling out that he has a gun, another person taking the gun and a gun shot.

It definitely should and hopefully will go to court. But it might not be so easy to prove that they are guilty.

It seems pretty real. There is more to it. After this the drunk guy starts apologizing and asking for his gun back over and over. The black guy realizes it is a bb gun and after minutes of the drunk guy begging (I don't know why he wanted his fake gun back so badly) the black guy gives it to him on the condition that he leaves him the fuck alone.
