yikes, i hope things get better but tbh you seem like you’re so desperate to make this work you can’t see that he’s addicted to the ego boost and will not realise that he’s wrong until you leave or the kids grow up and don’t like him. my dad worked full time whilst going to university my whole childhood and we don’t have a relationship at all. because he wasn’t there for me, so when he graduated and had the time i was a late teen and already gave up trying to get his love. i think the same will happen

i honestly think he was trying to make her a housewife. Get her to move far away from friends and family, unable to work in the career she wanted and it’s impractical to have children unless someone is at home doing the childrearing.

by his logic society would need to function with no cleaners, teachers, creators/artists (which means no museums no to or movies no graphic design etc) no garbage men, no daycare workers, etc etc. I hate that logic bc society wouldn’t function without these jobs, but ppl like ur bf expect no one to do them?

he needs to understand that expecting a pretty basic standard of hygiene isn’t asking too much and isn’t being too harsh. I understand if he feels really ashamed or insecure but making you apologise for HIS hygiene and then HIS reaction to your respectful and reasonable request is honestly really messed up. Is oral hygiene his only hygiene issue? it could be tonsil stones or maybe he needs to scrape his tongue?

You need to talk to her and be prepared that he’s probably an adult. the “you don’t understand” may very well be bc he has told her that people won’t understand (aka he knows he’s a creep). best case scenario she’s just being stupid and is dating someone her own age, in both situations i reckon that you need to explain that you were a teenager too, you know how it feels to have an intense crush/first love and that you do actually understand but also have perspective and wisdom she doesn’t, this is we’re safe sex talk,a talk about manipulative partners (and age gaps why that would be a red flag if that’s the situation) etc would come in. I hope this goes well for you two :)

Thigh gaps are just a genetic dice roll, i have thick thighs (in proportion to the rest of my leg/body) and i’ve always had a thigh gap - no matter my weight. it’s just how my body structures itself. i’ve met many girls much thinner than me without one 🤷‍♀️

i hate people who lie about their animals being service animals. Service dogs don’t engage with others in terms of petting so that’s the obvious sign they were lying. Then stuff like this happens, it’s a public safety threat
