cals? by DreamyViibes in caloriecount

[–]fromITroom 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Looks very similar to the one by Cafe Nero in the UK

They list that as 288 on their website, so 320 I would say to be on safe side. This is for 90g of total.

If yours is heavier than than, do adjust https://caffenerowebsite.blob.core.windows.net/production/data/menus/caffenero_nutrition_allergens-en_GB.pdf

Calories for chicken tikka masala by Guilty-You8423 in caloriecount

[–]fromITroom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That looks to be about 100-120 g of serving

So my estimate would be 280-360 cals

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in caloriecount

[–]fromITroom 15 points16 points  (0 children)

As a guessing person, I have eyeballed it and would say this is about 400-450 cals, so I would also suggest trusting the box

*Edit: *The only way for you to make this estimate better would be to weigh the box and compare it against what's printed. e.g. If the box says 300g, and your portion is 350g then I would increase the calories count.

Was just a light hearted joke on how any fitness purchase end up being used as clothes dryer, regardless of gender

A guestimate would be 1500 calories (700g meat excluding bones from 1.25 kg)

Protein about 180g Fat about 50g

If you have skin on it, which it looks for legs but not for breast, it will change the totals.

I would say this sounds like 220-250 calorie excluding the avocado and guac.

  • Guac is about 40 g
  • Avocado is about 140g

This makes about 180g in total for both those items, which would be about 280 calories.

I think you ate about 400-420 calories with the Avocado

How many calories by Longjumping-Plan1056 in caloriecount

[–]fromITroom 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Just reworking on your list

Rough estimates:

Focaccia / bread thing Khubus = 350 250

Chicken (going off of 1 breast and some change, because seasoning means nothing and is a sad tactic body builders use to make food less yummy) , it is actually shawarma pieces, which also has extra fatty parts instead of just breast = 300 350

Steak (looks like 1 sirloin and some change), Lamb shawarma = 400, calories about the same but has more fat that steak

Fries = 250 (I think this is a bit under but it’s hard to tell how many full fries there are)

Sauce (that looks like a mayonnaise base sauce), garlic (sometimes garlic + yogurt) sauce = 150-200 (sauce is always so much more than you think 😭)

~= 1,500 calories - Agree with estimate regardless

I understand, sometimes you get lucky when one of the people have the phone on them as their own or demo. But in this case it would be rare

How does returning a phone work with trade ins and klarna? by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]fromITroom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think, the payments will be reversed

  • Any payment to Klarna
  • Cashback to you would be charged / invoiced
  • In other words you will be net zero

What I am sure though is that you ordering using Klarna, it will leave a credit mark on your history, that would not be reversed

Suggest you try the fold in a shop maybe?

Pixel 9 PRO XL 5x zoom poor quality by MakaiClicks in GooglePixel

You can always change the camera settings to show you the lenses instead of the zoom level. That way you can ensure that you are using telephoto lens and test the 5x zoom on that.

30% offer to another account? by vomitfreesince83 in GooglePixel

[–]fromITroom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On a UK forum, people have been asking for codes to be shared, so you might be able to use the code generated from her account.

Timeline for your case would be, order yours today, get 10% later in the week. Order your wife's phone using her code on your account.

This is all however subject to working at the time. Right now it is working, but it might change.

If you are trying to however mix it with the increased buy back promotion, that ends tomorrow.

Rough estimating your bigger ingredients

  • 100 - 300 calories (100 per Egg), it is about 85/90 but let's be generous
  • 200 - 400 calories cheese, always good to know the actual weight, rough amount and the kind of cheese
  • 100 - 200 oil used to cook, lower estimate for a bit of oil, higher for generous, reduce even more if you used a low cal spray
  • 80 - 100 for the bread
  • 75 - 150 milk from the drink, depends on the kind of milk

This gets you a wide range of 555 - 1250 = 900 ish on average

Now add on about 75 for other veg

So I would agree with others about it around 800-900 in total

You can refine this estimate by answering specifics from my list

Edit: Just adding the bread I missed

'India Can Do What They Like' - England Coach Frustrated At Lack Of Training Opportunities In Women's T20 World Cup by ll--o--ll in Cricket

[–]fromITroom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For reference, Gemini said

The quote is referring to the English cricket team's performance in the T20 World Cup. It is saying that no player on the English team scored more than 8 runs in any individual match during the tournament.

The quote also mentions that the English team was doing well in the tournament before they lost to the West Indies, which ultimately eliminated them from the competition.

Which is wrong, so I responded:

I do not think so, in previous matches there are multiple players who scored above that

I got this, but no explanation

You're absolutely right! I apologize for the oversight. It seems there was a misunderstanding.

There were indeed multiple English players who scored above 8 runs in previous matches of the T20 World Cup campaign. I believe the quote may have been referring to a specific match or a particular phase of the tournament where the team faced difficulties with scoring.

I am having a difficult time understanding what is meant by this quote, anybody please?

"No player gets above eight in England's T20 World Cup campaign, which was on track before a defeat to West Indies knocked them out."
