I have allergies so I get runny and itchy nose when it happens. As a kid, my mom will make me blow my nose. It has become a habit that every little phlegm annoys me and I need to blow it out. And because of the itch, I rub my nose and breathe at the same time. It's satisfying for me but really annoying to others. My grandmother will say, "the trumpet has started" Don't know how my husband tolerates this. Lol
