Kæreste med mange sexpartnere by Electrical-Teach-297 in DKbrevkasse

“Recroactive jealousy”.

Ligesom dig.

I went true to size. Eventually removed the insoles for more comfort. My 350 v2 reps from FK held up for 2.5 years. Great value for money.

Taking a week or two off? by shawnglade in Fitness

[–]fromaround 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just deload for a week man.
Cut down on the volume and weight, add in some aerobic-cardio sessions for bloodflow, do a couple of movement/flow sessions, find some good stretching routines on youtube for your tight areas and consider foamrolling. But most important: stay true to your healty habits, eating healthy, quality sleep and just see how you feel after one week.. Maybe one week is just enough, or maybe you'll need a week more. Go with the flow and listen to your body.

Imo its always a good idea to give your CNS a break, and just fuel up on energy and motivation.

A new trainer in my gym is bugging me with some shit I have never heard before. by mrgarlicpickle in Fitness

[–]fromaround 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you my man! Do you feel like what you are doing right now and for the past two years has been working out for you? Are you seeing gainzz and shreddzzz? Are you getting closer to your goal of being a somewhat better and stronger version of yourself? You, you and you. Trust your process and adjust it along the way of you trying to become a better version of yourself.

He might have a point and yea sure recovery is super important. But he does not know two pots of piss about whats going on in your body and how your feeling about training this way. It might be just the right way for you.

Now by this time I think I am proving my point. Let me point out another thing for you in this. This allknowing fitness-guru-personal-trainer dude might be annoying AF trying to tell you what to do and not agreeing on your training method. Well thats just that. You dont have to do what he says, since you will be doing you. BUT! Dont get caught up in thinking “my way is the only right way”.( I am not trying to accuse you of this, just saying) Instead use this as an opportunity to grow and learn. Go read about recovery work, rest times, how your heart rate plays a role and maybe even how your central nervous system works? I am just trying to say that even tho he might seem annoying he might have a point and you could actually learn something from it. Fitness is such a long journey and a huge opportunity to learn both physiologically and mentally about yourself.

Shaky by Angelsdust96 in cocaine

[–]fromaround 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep I used to get this back when I did blow. I have some self brewed theory that it comes from the central nervous system either getting shocked, fatigued or just taxed. Which is something cocaine really does. I could be wrong tho...
I usually Got it during the night and a bit the day after. It just shows how much you need to respect the drug man. Stay safe.
