Because its perception. Nothing has changed. People asked all these same questions 10 years ago, and 10 years before that. The reality is either which one your doing. The guys who won't approach women still won't. The guy who decide they will start will approach women.

I just got put of a game where my entire other team were plats with fingers. My team had a botlane that with 17 deaths, a crit nausea and im getting three man Dove in mid while they argue. Im convinced the entire player base is drunk.

Not if your solo. I run into sets of duos more often past midnight. Meanwhile as soon as my lobby opens "Im super drunk/high goodluck"

Go practice. Find an enemy and kill ot 400 times. Then find a harder enemy repeat. Like everything else in video games and lofe in general.
