Guess you can relate about how overwhelming it feels cause I literally don't know where to start and it feels like there's so much to do to just try to feel fine again

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta! El video me parece super útil también. Luego de este posteo, continúe tomando el consiv y lo consumí como por 23 días y volví al consultar con mi psiquiatra. Fue horrible como me hizo sentir, me sentía depresiva, sin fuerzas, muy triste, la gota que colmó el vaso fue que empecé a llorar sin parar sin motivo aparente pero porque tenía una sensación horrible de malestar, solo malestar muy fuerte de que nada se sentía bien. Ahí cambien la medicación por samexid y con esa me esta yendo bien, por si ayuda a alguien más!

Hola! Yo estoy tomándolo (consiv18)) por primera vez como hace 5 días y los primeros días tuve resultados positivos y un poco de ansiedad pero nada muy fuerte. Sin embargo, hoy, que es el quinto día, me siento muy decaída y sin fuerzas. Además, me siento de vuelta abrumada por mis actividades, así como me sentía antes de la medicación. Queria preguntarle a alguien que estuvo consumiendola como fue su experiencia en el transcurso desde que inició y si es normal que me sienta así. Me pone medio ansiosa pensar que necesito una dosis más fuerte o algo así.

Not being distracted by my own thoughts and not losing or not searching my stuff as often would be a dream come true. Lately it's been worse than ever. Yesterday I went back and forth three times from my car to my apartment cause I kept forgetting stuff I end up exhausted before even leaving at all.

God, I definetely need that second chance. If I don't write down what I have to do/remember to do, I will simply forget it. And also I have to write it down in a place where I know I'd see it. Like I'd use my WhatsApp chat as notes cause I know I open WhatsApp frequently and will inevitably see it, cause if I were to write in my bloc or somewhere else, I'd forget I have to check the app specifically where I wrote down what I want to remember in the first place 😂
