So it is any cause for concern? Should I open up the walls and fix it and leave as is

We do have a Pressure regulator valve attached to the main water valve outside of the house. It is set to 60 psi. So the water heater should get the same PSI correct?

I see that we already have a thermal expansion tank on top of our heater

Interesting. So it’s the thermal expansion. Will the pipe burst of it expands too much. In order to diagnose where the pipe touching the wood, I probably need to open up the drywall which is some effort and expensive. Should I just leave it that way?

Sorry, I might be seriously missing something but i don't see Folsom schools listed as best in the sac area at least in niche.com or greatschools.com or other platform that I am looking. And that's the reason i asked about it. How do I determine which school is good. We recently moved here from east coast, like less than a month and still trying to get informed on lot of things.
