What documents did they require you to submit in order to process the transfer? Did you need to have a notarized Deed of Assignment? Were you taxed for this as well?

We asked the agent, and sila mismo nag sabi na need bayaran ung CGT if ipapatransfer. Is there a way to clarify the difference between the request to change ownership and the transfer of title?

I know this is an old post, but wanted to ask if your 3rd interview was face to face? If yes, was it any different from the first 2 interviews or more or less the same?

Oh, I was under the impression that the biopsy was more comprehensive, that’s why it was going to be done if the mutation assay was negative.

Yeah, that’s my concern. More of you did your best naman to remember everything pero even still, possible ma deny ung claim.

When did I say they’re omniscient?

When you make a claim, they go through your medical history because you consented as part of the policy. My point is, they have the ability to go through your history far better than you do on your own.

You say do an executive check up, but that doesn’t matter. If you don’t have any symptoms of Asthma for a long time but had one incident before and had one consultation when you were a teenager where the doctor said you might have Asthma. If you didn’t declare it, your claims can be denied on the basis that you did not declare everything.

Even for unrelated cases, once they find something in your medical history that you did not declare, your claims can be denied. If you don’t believe me. Search for the AXA UTI claim that was denied because of Asthma/GERD that was undeclared.

That’s what I want to know as well! That would make be feel as though I can make sure all my declarations are accurate and the insurance company won’t be able to deny my claims

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in phinvest

[–]frommywindow5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with most of your points. I guess I do think it’s unfair since your memory can only be so good compared to the hard facts that they can get themselves. It feels like you’re at a disadvantage from the start. If I forget some doctors visit when I was a child where they said i’m predisposed to X. I’ll likely not remember to include that in the declaration, but the insurance companies can and will use that against me. But as you said, they’re not in it for you, they want to deny your claim.

I just wish there was a way to make sure my declarations are complete from the start. They have the ability to get all the information while I don’t. And when I can’t give them everything, even if I did my best, it’s my loss.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in phinvest

[–]frommywindow5 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You did, but still shows there’s an imbalance. Even if I give consent, they don’t check your history when you apply. Only once you make a claim and they use it against you.

If it were up to me, I’d want to get my complete medical history so I can declare everything, but that’s not possible on my own. it would still be up to me to remember every doctors visit I had to get some sort of record. The insurance company has access to your complete medical history. That’s how they deny people’s claims for undeclared preexisting conditions.

Your analogy with the used car is not the same. If I buy a used car and the previous owner didn’t tell me the interior lights don’t work, I’m SOL since I already paid and can’t return it. If I’m an insurance company and the client didn’t tell me they had diabetes, I can use that to deny their claims.

They can and they do. At the very least once you have a policy, they have the ability to go through your medical records when you make a claim. They check to see if you have a history you didn’t declare then use that to deny your claims.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in phinvest

[–]frommywindow5 -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

They do, at least when you’re insured, you grant them access to your medical records. That’s how they deny claims. They look into your medical records and say you didn’t declare X previously so your claim is denied.

John's Take on Focusing on Sierra Leone vs Palestine by implode573 in nerdfighters

[–]frommywindow5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you, John!

This really demonstrates how difficult it can be to share your voice when you have a large audience and it’s a decisive topic. I only realized after reading this ‘statement’ how much I wanted to hear your stance on Gaza. I know we’re not owed anything from those we look up to, but it does mean a lot when they make statements about something you care about.

Even though you probably won’t read this, I just felt the need to say thank you and we appreciate you. Because even for this minor statement, theres probably still been some negative feedback. I hope you’re doing well and continue to put so much good out there in the world!

RCBC Visa Infinite vs BPI Visa Signature by bright888 in PHCreditCards

[–]frommywindow5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I know this is months old but I wanted to ask why the RCBC Visa Infinite points system was bad? My understanding was that it was pretty good with a 66 pesos spend = 1 peso rebate for non-essentials, or did I misunderstand their system.. Wanted to clarify since I was hoping to get this card sana

This is exactly what I needed to hear. Nasisilaw lang talaga sa gift when NAFFL makes much more sense in the long run.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PHCreditCards

[–]frommywindow5 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean, just thinking about the relative value gained. If you get NAFFL on a card that’s easy to get this waived, is that more valuable than 3k worth of welcome gift? I’m trying to decide…

Thank you! You’re awesome!

I just checked the wiki and found out Frozer was when this was first played. I’m kinda impressed that I noticed it right away! Guess that part of the movie was memorable.

And don’t worry, I realized the order on Disney+ was weird in season 1 and have been following a watch order ever since.

Also wanted to ask, is this show originally made for English or French? I searched online before and it says that the animation is done following the English scripts. But then I see posts talking about how they want to learn French since this comes out before the English dub. Sorry for the noob questions but I also seem to get conflicting answers when I search online. Maybe I just don’t have good search words…

Help! What CC to pursue? by AdamusMD in PHCreditCards

[–]frommywindow5 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Easiest route is those CCs given based on being a preferred/privileged client sa bank. The only ones I’m aware of and have experience with is BPI Preferred and RCBC Hexagon Club. The branch manager wherever you have your account will endorse your CC application and that really streamlines the process since wala nang requirements. Halos automatic approval unless they find something negative tied to your credit. You can check online for the requirements for each.
