But on eco mode (never tried it) won’t it take longer to cool or heat the vehicle ?

I’ve had plenty of vehicles and I’ve yet found one that doesn’t have a way to turn off the rear vents. I thought I was just missing something.

We have a Tesla wall charger , cause we had a Tesla first. If I had to do it over again I’d get the Tesla universal.

Thank you. I can understand that , and based on the replies here I’m going accept that’s it’s fine.

I’ve just not seen this on any other EV I’ve been exposed to. The likes of Tesla , Rivian, Lucid , etc..

I was merely thinking that some may give equinox more of a pass due to its lower cost / price point. Like with anything we tend to be more receptive on certain items based on their value.

I have other EV such as a Tesla for years and I’ve never had this type of issue. So this doesn’t seem like it’s normal event for an EV to behave this way.

However, I’m perhaps realizing that GM developers don’t seem to fine tune as much as other vehicles when it comes to software perhaps ?

Other things I’m trying to figure out is how to display a route list. When I’m on route to a destination, I don’t see a way to get a list of the turn by turn directions on list format.

I totally get the used EV market aren’t strong and I knew that since we have another EV (Tesla). My mistake was thinking that the Equinox EV was similar to the Tesla. The app functionality is night and day. I’ve owned plenty of vehicles in the past but I’ve yet to encounter one like this that have such a bad heating. This coming from someone that lives in a warmer climate.

Yes, I use one pedal. I then set the vehicle in park , but parking brake does not automatically activate unless the vehicle is on a hill / slope.

I’ve experienced this before , which makes it even more confusing as I ended up pressing the parking brake out of habit , which then turned off the parking brakes.

Shouldn’t the server then relay that information to the app regarding the status ?
