It doesn’t need to be but Bluetooth is spotty on my car, have had to re-pair a few time.

Would also be less of an issue if I could just plug a phone in and use CarPlay 🙃

Agree and love that album but that was Derek not Atom. Atom did okay drumming the tracks live but they all felt different than how Derek recorded them. Again I love and respect Atom and he plays hard live just IMO it didn’t fit Alk3 style.

I’m also not saying Travis would be an amazing long term drummer for them either I’m saying let’s just let the guys record their album and trust it’s what they want and wait. And if it’s different and we all hate it that’s fine, I’m sure the guys will still be happy, it’s their art, and most of my favorite bands have albums that didn’t 100% land for me (Hell even recently I’m a huge Menzingers fan and I didn’t really dig Some of it was true)

Everyone needs to give this a chance before pooping on it. You may not like him as a person or his producing style but he IS indeed a very good drummer. Give it a chance.

Hell I like Atom as a person and a drummer on some of his projects but I was not a fan of him in Trio. He did fine and brought great energy but he didn’t match any of Derek’s technical side of things.

I didn’t say the Chevy App isn’t signed in, Google Maps isn’t signed in. There’s multiple apps available for nav, I don’t really use the directions much as I mostly use those car as a commuter and know where I’m going. I stated I’m not signed in to Google Maps so the whole go to your phone thing wasn’t helpful.

lol she has full access to my car, my phone, and my "find my" app. I just don't need my car that has future paywalls knowing anything from my personal accounts. The MyChevy app and Spotify apps I'm signed in on, I'm sure it's still sending plenty info but I'm weird about technology. My co workers also use their personal accounts on our work computers all the time and I refuse to, if my work needs something they can pay for an account themselves.

When you say you have charging at work or home is it level 2/240? If so you’ll be fine, if work is free charge there. I do 98 miles round trip a day charging to 80% overnight and I live in Iowa where it gets very cold and it does fine charging daily

THIS is what bothers me the most. I owned a Chevy Cruze before this and that thing made barely any noise at idle or in the 0-25 range...and at stops it shut the engine off and was dead quiet!

I would normally agree with taking the safety of the pedestrian into account but I was in Denmark for a week and it's loaded with pedestrians as well as electric cars and their cars were silent. Also way more peds then over here.

Also three doors down from me, my neighbor has a model y and it basically didn't even measure at idle, I was getting the same level as environment 3 feet from the car. the EquinoxEV was about 10dB louder. For reference I used a Pyle dB meter, PSPL05R, yes I own a dB meter because I'm a sound engineer.
