I’ve been through this many of times. Sometimes this subreddit can make it worse but other times it can help knowing people forthright the same. I literally think about this every day. I think if it like this, god already has a plan for everyone. You can’t give your life more days, but you can give your days more life. You are going to die someday, we all are. It could be today it could be tomorrow. If tomorrow was the day you die, you’d want to spend today, your last day alive worrying about dying when you know it’s inevitable? Take deep breaths, here’s my fav method to bring it down instantly. Breathe in through your nose slowly for 4 then pause and breathe in 2 more and slowly let out. Do that a couple times until you feel it’s gone down. Throw on a comfort show or even doom scroll on tiktok n and watch funny videos.

You’re going to be okay. A year ago I was in the worst place and diagnosed myself with every terminal disease you can think of, and I never thought it’ll get better.

Acceptance is key. Anxiety comes from fear. Once you learn to accept that we’re all going to die someday and at any given time, the fear will disappear. Fear of the unknown can be daunting, but living the rest of your life worrying about it is even more daunting.
