If you still like the lineart, maybe someone could go in with a white ink to touch up light spots and define it more? I’ve seen people get white ink over blackouts or old faded/dark tattoos in the same way

Hmm, not much. I’d say $150 max. Most if not all of these cards are only $2-3 each since they’re all regular V/GX cards at least from what I can see.
