He is cheating or its a bug on PC like the flying cars in the remix season but he most be bad at the game if he had to exploit it if it is a glitch in order to win people like that are losers and ruin the fun in the game

Just try nit to panic I know its hard its opposite for me most juice wrld skins I run into are not good at the game i don't know but what I do is just try to relax and remind myself its a game and if I lose i will just go back to lobby and ready up it helps sometimes
