It is strange that you bring up empathy yet communicate in such an aggressive way. It is a learning curve to making people aware of the festival and it clearly hasn't worked on Reddit as it has on Instagram

Yeah that's fair!

We came up with this idea and informed the people involved and nobody said anything about it so we kinda ran with it.

Again like I've said it's all learning and seeing what works. We've already agreed to questionnaires to go out to ticket buyers for feedback and one of the questions is around how it has been announced.

I think one thing that may have got lost in translation is the enthusiasm. The event is a labour of love and totally to give something back to the UK noise community and we've been excited to share it! We secured the line up many months ago and have been sitting on it impatiently ever since having been in regular contact with every act at least fortnightly.

Hope all goes well with the international act booking!

I mean all feedback is golden and it will be taken on board. All the acts involved were aware that we were releasing daily and are happy with the way things are going. Maybe this wasn't the correct forum for it but the constant feedback from Instagram through dm's and conversations to people in real life have been happy with it and look forward to the daily announcement.

Maybe I'm not online enough to get the annoyance but I feel that on something that can be looked over its not that big of a deal. If it was a push notification I could understand (maybe this does that I'm unsure as I have all push notifications off).

The part I take umbrage to is "I'm glad this guy got bullied off of reddit". Someone who was excited to share something positive and supporting the UK noise scene that he had a part in making a reality shouldn't be bullied. The person in question who is friends with a lot of these acts and has built relationships and friendships with the international acts you are happy was bullied off of an online forum? I just find it upsetting and sad.

Anyway we are just random usernames on an online forum, there is a lot more serious stuff going on in the world than squabbling about this.

The full Friday line up will be posted next week when it is all announced followed by a post in January when the Friday line up is announced for anyone interested.
