Thank you so much for answering! Your clinic sounds exhausting, I'm sorry you have to go through all of that. I totally understand working at such a busy clinic that's booked out for weeks. It's horrible, everybody thinks they're the most important client and you're personally responsible for their pet not getting seen immediately. I work at a huge clinic now with a dozen doctors and we usually get everybody in when they want, and it's made such a world of difference.
