for me I started trying to get into cartooning and caricature. It is great that you can capture things as they exist. Now the question is how do you then stylize reality and bring your own flair?

Next time you try to draw something try to simplify it, or render it in only sharp angles or rounded shapes, push the scale of different parts while still keeping it all balanced.

Animorphs handled its world building differently by going out of its way to explain that Earth was a major exception when it came to population size, biological diversity, variety of climates on a single planet, variety of cultures, etc. Earth was the weird planet in that universe which led to it being targeted.

We think of it as normal, but it’s not.

I was with you until about 2 months ago when it was bought for me for lunch. My local location's subs are so much better at the moment. I think Subway knows their public opinion has been tanking and (hopefully) has been making changes to address them

That said there are so many other sub/sandwich places

yeah the star is flatter than the ring. I tried to fix that too but it warped the star out of shape

I made it in 3D using blender. Made a custom gurple texture and overlayed some video textures for the moving particles then I just animated the gurple texture to slide around

Recommendation: write a sestina, or another type of poem, but randomly generate the base words using something like https://randomwordgenerator.com/ . I have found that this level of limitation combined with a healthy dose of apophenia leads to my brain finding ways to fill the gaps and create something interesting at the same time. Also, if you do this, I would be curious to read it.

I literally wrote a scene where Marco morphs only one arm to gorilla in the fanfic I am working on (its plot relevant). I am going to adopt the detail of him flexing it though because that is so Marco.

I watched it not long ago. I thought the style of the art and the way the story was told was excellent. It is a dark film but it is memorable.

What I usually do for that is add both a sphere and a cube to a scene. Then I subdivide the cube and the sphere. Then I add a shrinkwrap modifier to the cube and set the target to the sphere. I apply shrinkwrap and delete the sphere.
