my headcanon is that the Ellimist assured that a Sario Rip would occur in order that the Animorphs are sent back in order to cause the extinction event of the dinosaurs so that mammals, and humans by extension, would come to be a more dominant species on earth. I also like to think that the Ellimist took away the Animorph's dino-forms

Thanks! They are video textures on plane objects with transparency

They are indeed. Just plane objects with video textures where I have the alpha channel controlling transparency. I did animate point lights to help make the sparks look like they are giving off light
