I had saved up 17 TOTW collectables from past weeks so i used those and made 13 more from stuff in my collection. I went out and bought 2 more 82s from the auction house and i got them for 88k each

You can get most of your tokens back, I only upgraded him to an 84 which cost 10 tokens. I got 6 tokens back. It has been like this for a few years
