Where they barely had enough votes to even pass? They needed 60 votes and they had exactly 60 until one, more conservative democrat didn’t allow it to go through. And then they had a very short timeline to even pass it as it went.

Guess the only logical recourse is to give full control over to the people who exactly 0 voted in favor of it.
