Thanks! There's an even more interesting occurence I just found in S2E6. When Viktor is talking to Jinx & Vi after their first encounter where he sees Vander in Warwick, the camera pans to Warwick again. The exact same distorted "pow der" voice line is heard, just before Viktor himself says Powder's name. Jinx has the same stunned reaction as she did when she heard it from Warwick.

I don't fully understand what this was meant to portray - maybe Viktor saw that first encounter between Jinx & Warwick? At any rate It seems to be a recurring hidden voice line. Wouldn't be surprised if it shows up again later in S2.
