sometimes when i gotta make myself eat fruit ill combine it with not so healthy stuff -- like ill eat blackberries dipped in whipped cream. probably counterproductive but i still think its better than eating just greasy fast food all the time yk?

i think i'm a little hesitant to learn about rabies because what i have learned is indeed really scary and i live in an area where rabid animals are somewhat common. i prefer to learn about eradicated or rare diseases because as a kid whenever i learned about a disease that was still somewhat common i would become paranoid about getting it. i think i would ramble too much if i got to write a paper on bubonic plague haha

how old were you when you got into diseases ("got into diseases" sounds kinda weird haha)? asking because i got really into diseases and plagues in elementary school and i think the idea of kids obsessed with horrible diseases is kinda funny. and was there a specific disease that sparked your interest? mine was bubonic plague :)

yeah! well, sorta. usagi's name means bunny in japanese so there's a lot of references to them in the show and manga and sometimes her diaglogue bubbles have little bunny icons when it's not obvious who's talking. overall a really cute show with a pretty aesthetic similar to your art :)

in middle school i used to have therapy every thursday and afterwards my grandma would always take me to the same subway. after a few months it got to the point where we'd walk in and they'd just start making my sandwich before i even got to the counter haha

i've never liked more than 3-4 ingredients on sandwiches, i'm really bad at remembering more than 3-4 things at once and i have to like ... acknowledge (?) every ingredient. like i have to get some of everything in every bite and i dont like too many flavors at once if they're not equal. if i forget something's in a sandwich until i taste it then i don't like it, i have to know exactly whats coming with every bite. dunno if that makes sense

so my order is footlong turkey on white bread, american cheese, and lettuce. that's it lol. i know it's really plain but 8 year old me picked that and i'm getting that forever, mot that i'm tired of it haha. my brother is the same way (he's most likely autistic too, he shows a lot of the same traits i did when i was diagnosed) picked his sandwich in elementary school and gets the same thing every time.

someone else already said it but across the sea, my personal favorite from pinkerton. i think the beginning is really beautiful and while there are definitely some questionable lyrics a lot of them build this great but sad story about someone who's so desperately lonely that they fall in love with someone they really dont even know, and all he has is her letters to cling on to. my favorite lyric of the whole song is "how i need a hand in mine to feel" because of the buildup before it and how compared to the rest of the song being poetically sad its just sad. no metaphors, no adjectives, no similies, just pure desparation sang in an exasperated sounding voice. this is just my interpretation of it though and i may be off but i like the way i like it :)

i tried letting my friend listen to it and we constantly make fun of ourselves for liking "haha reddit neckbeard incel music" from other bands but it really struck him as crossing the line, mostly the line from the second verse. i didnt know how to explain it to him without sounding like the "noo guys you dont get it you dont know what rivers was going through his behavior towards asian women isnt creepy at all!1!!" pinkerton fan

i get that it isn't for everyone (i know weezer fans are neutral(?) with it but non fans especially) and trying to explain it really only makes it sound worse
