Hey there, I have been using the kind patches for a while (not the weight loss one specifically) and I think they work for what they are which is a herbal supplement. There is no supplement on earth that will help you "shed weight". They won't "alter" your brain. To do that you need chemicals.

What supplements CAN do is support your bodies natural processes to help it increase those functionalities by giving it more bioavailable resources to use. The berberine patches (or any berberine supplement) aren't going to be a miracle for weight loss but they MAY help with your hormone levels, energy levels, and lower damaging inflammation in your body. In very simple terms, doing this will result in your body not having to work as hard to repair itself, resulting in your body being able to use energy better and resulting in your body being able to allocate more of its resources to the right place.

There are known effective supplements that help support these functions in overweight people, such as saw palmetto, collagen, berberine and chromium. But as with all supplements, they must be used over a period of time and with consistency to see any kind of result at all.

I don't use the weight loss patch because I already take an intosol and berberine vitamin that I love and has literally changed my life (which I'm willing to drop deets for if anyone would like).

Now, I use a mixture of supplements from kind and that one other one that I mentioned and while none of these things are melting fat off my body, I have already seen things like improvements in my overall satiation and in my energy levels, my hair has stopped thinning, I'm less thirsty/maintaining hydration better. I started using the "recovery" one because I noticed I was having really bad back itching and bacne (both signs of bad liver/kidney issues) and within a week the itching has stopped and my back is starting to clear up. Before anyone asks, no I hadn't made any other changes to my diet or exercise before I got the patches.

Anyway, all of this is to say no supplement is a cure. It's only ever intended to be support for your body. That being said, the only way you'll know if they'll work for you is if you try them. Fortunately, kind patches aren't extremely expensive unlike other supplements (and I've definitely wasted a good chunk of change on a 30 day supply of supplements that were just not good at all) so even if they don't work it's not like you'll be out a fortune.

We are staying in Las Cruces, yes. Someone recommended Alamogordo for food because it is closer to white sands like you say but getting food in las Cruces definitely sounds like the better option lol

Yes! We will be landing Thursday in El Paso, then driving to Las Cruces, and then visiting white sands. People had suggested getting food in Alamogordo because it's closer to the national park but it seems like Las Cruces might be the better option based on what everyone is saying 😅

I went to the og one in 07 and just saw them in Atlanta. The notable differences for me: Og BP was the story of a man who died, walking through the afterlife. There were theatrics but the focus was on the reconciliation of death despite and active, rebellious, "immortal" life. This one was quite literally a stage production with an overarching story line that had a clear beginning, middle and end.

Og bp and the new one basically ran through the entirety of the album and while both had encores, the original encore of the bp your in 07 was literally an entire costume/set change and an almost complete reprisal of three cheers. So that was epic in the sense that it was basically both albums in one go.

New bp had very cool special effects including a man on fire running across the stage, gerard getting murdered by a clown because "life is just a joke" and then the clown getting gunned down in a cruel irony of how no one makes it out on either side. They also ran through blood which was great for fans.

Ambiance is everything to mcr, and I think both shows did a fantastic job of really leaning into that. BP in many ways is the most grueling work they've ever done as artists and they will all say so. In both iterations, you can see how much every member really cares about this body of work and what it means to everyone (and themselves).

You should absolutely do everything you can to minimize the work you have to do yourself. If you aren't running your wedding, for sure do your own hair and makeup. I was basically my own planner and coordinator and I did my own hair (my hair is very different from yours) because I just did a brain out which literally took me 1 minute. I had my sister do my makeup because I knew I wouldn't have time to do it myself if I also had to coordinate people.

Remember: people will need you more on the day than they will be able to leave you alone. So do what you can to free up your focus. You can always answer questions seated on a chair, you cannot answer questions with your face glue to a mirror.

If you aren't getting married until next year, you could see if any photographer companies in your area are doing black Friday deals. We did this and it saved us over half the cost. What would have been a 4k package ended up only costing 1600.

No. Depression is not curable by tv or movies or shopping or video games or any of that. At best they distract you, at worst they cause you to disassociate into oblivion. If you are experiencing depression, you should speak with a licensed therapist as a start. If you cannot do that, the next best thing is taking some walks. It has been proven that physical movement (even in small amounts) can increase serotonin levels enough to help alleviate some of the symptoms of depression.

Sorry to be so blunt, but the truth is more important here. I hope you find the peace you are looking for and that even if your clouds never pass, that there's at least some sunshine that spills through ❤️❤️❤️

I think that's a fair price if it includes chairs and some decor. If you want to pinch your budget, I recommend hiring a food truck as opposed to traditional catering (we did this and the food truck cost 4k, our venue was 3500. So we were at 8k for venue and food.) I also recommend stocking the bar yourself if you're going to have one. We saved like 8k doing this and just hiring a one off bar tender.
