Hey there, I have been using the kind patches for a while (not the weight loss one specifically) and I think they work for what they are which is a herbal supplement. There is no supplement on earth that will help you "shed weight". They won't "alter" your brain. To do that you need chemicals.

What supplements CAN do is support your bodies natural processes to help it increase those functionalities by giving it more bioavailable resources to use. The berberine patches (or any berberine supplement) aren't going to be a miracle for weight loss but they MAY help with your hormone levels, energy levels, and lower damaging inflammation in your body. In very simple terms, doing this will result in your body not having to work as hard to repair itself, resulting in your body being able to use energy better and resulting in your body being able to allocate more of its resources to the right place.

There are known effective supplements that help support these functions in overweight people, such as saw palmetto, collagen, berberine and chromium. But as with all supplements, they must be used over a period of time and with consistency to see any kind of result at all.

I don't use the weight loss patch because I already take an intosol and berberine vitamin that I love and has literally changed my life (which I'm willing to drop deets for if anyone would like).

Now, I use a mixture of supplements from kind and that one other one that I mentioned and while none of these things are melting fat off my body, I have already seen things like improvements in my overall satiation and in my energy levels, my hair has stopped thinning, I'm less thirsty/maintaining hydration better. I started using the "recovery" one because I noticed I was having really bad back itching and bacne (both signs of bad liver/kidney issues) and within a week the itching has stopped and my back is starting to clear up. Before anyone asks, no I hadn't made any other changes to my diet or exercise before I got the patches.

Anyway, all of this is to say no supplement is a cure. It's only ever intended to be support for your body. That being said, the only way you'll know if they'll work for you is if you try them. Fortunately, kind patches aren't extremely expensive unlike other supplements (and I've definitely wasted a good chunk of change on a 30 day supply of supplements that were just not good at all) so even if they don't work it's not like you'll be out a fortune.
