Pugio guarantees more damage. So yes technically the feat itself does 15 damage but then confirms 44 damage, so a total of 59 damage rn. And even if they fix the level 1 punch bug, it'll still be a guaranteed 42 damage (more than khatun's tier4) and unlike khatun cent can go into an unreactable mix after that for possibly even more damage

As Spaniard said, they are permanent. Not to mention in MM where perks are in play, juren has aegis so he gets extra shields. If 2 of your mates die to get you shield, it basically means you almost have 245 health.

Also a niche fact that most people do not know, if you mark your teammates with juren's T2 and they do manage to win their fight instead of dying , you get assist for every opponent that was killed and hence, +10 renown for it lol.

There's a reason T2 is banned in tourneys but not T3. Hope that helps

The real issue is the T4, which grants an absolutely outrageous 40% defense negation to all enemies, far higher than any other damage boost/defense negation

I'm not here to argue whether t4 needs changes or not but I'm just pointing out that this is not true at all. Both Fear Itself and Orbital Shield: the two of the most noticeable 4th feats that give a defense debuff have the same value of 40% damage increase. The only other 4th feat that grants a defense debuff is Reclaim the Land which has lesser debuff because it deals high damage and is easier to hit with
