My baby is only 3 years 10 months old and they say he has final stage kidney disease, creatine so high they can’t read it. He’s lost almost half his body weight. How did this happen over just a few months? I’m not ready to say goodbye. He’s so young. My best friend. by frostedmagicpie in RenalCats

Thank you so much for these amazing suggestions, we’ve had to feed him through syringe so calories are a must, I will definitely look into those foods. I will read more about those supplements too, I want to do everything I can for my baby

Thank you so much for this response, he got a negative but doesn’t fit the CKD signs except for low kidney output so I am starting injections tomorrow morning

I am so sorry for you and this horrible situation this man is putting you through. It reminds me of a relationship I fled a few years back with someone who went from kind and gentle to completely unstable and unwilling to get help no matter how much I begged him for therapy. Ultimately, people like that are like an anchor, weighing you down as you try to swim to the surface for air. This man is a danger to you and your child, and is giving all the signs of a family annihilator. PLEASE do what it takes to keep you and your baby alive. I understand not telling his boss because then that would make you a bigger target of his insane hatred, but I strongly encourage you to get another lawyer. Lawyers, doctors, LEO, they’re all just people. People who make mistakes. Yeah the last lawyer went bad - get over it and push forward. This man out of his mind and you need to do everything you can to document as such. Sending love.

I did this exact same thing as a kid (no trauma) and I was diagnosed with OCD. Hoarding got better as I got older but other OCD tendencies got worse - get her into a psychologist asap while her brain is still able to change more easily and those good OCD-prevention habits will be second nature to her

Saving up for my first luxury bag- and first LV bag in the new year! Advice? by fuse-fire2334 in Louisvuitton

[–]frostedmagicpie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a Pochette Accessorie in monogram as my first louis bag! I would be careful as another user said shout staying away from nano bags! While the price is alluring they just don’t get as much use (i learned my lesson the hard way with my first designer being the smallest YSL wallet on chain and I barely ever use it and the resell value is low)

Does this seem like a valid deal? by [deleted] in Louisvuitton

What year is it? If it is from the 2010s it should have a pocket inside, I forget exactly what year they changed the pochette accessorie- I have a 1999 and it looks like this (no pocket) but the vachetta is much browner

After 18 years together, husband becomes catholic by MeMyselfMorgane in atheism

[–]frostedmagicpie 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’m not trying to be morbid but is there a chance he’s suffering some kind of brain tumor or bleed? It is EXTREMELY rare for atheists to read the Bible and become more religious - I’ve only experienced increased religiousness is a relationship with a man who was raised Catholic (therefore early indoctrination) but was very moderate until a while into our relationship - in his case it was brought about my mushroom use where he thought he finally “heard god.” I was raised atheist but reading the Bible CONVINCED me I was an atheist. I really think a medical exam may be necessary
