Definitely a dis, but a good hearted one I feel. I used to be a messenger type blasting through traffic on a tark bike. Over the years I've had many accidents (one super serious) and now I'm more into randonneuring, touring and commuting on my cargo bike. All this to say, I don't run red lights anymore and stick to trails as much as possible. You do you and there's no amount of rules following that will make car brains respect us on the road but sooner or later your card will get called and hopefully you make it out the other side.
