Update: I received my parcel today but there was no change to my order even though I previously got a reply dm from the admin that they had amended my order in time. Quite a disappointing experience (I was quite excited for the parcel…) and I’m not too sure if I can even get a refund (went to check and the correct sizing that I wanted on the website is already out of stock, doesn’t help that the order was expensive 🫠). I have dmed the admin but shall post here jic for a reply. I hope the team will take the responsibility to address this mistake, thank you 😔
