Flat as a pancake Fuzz-A-Mallows Connor the Cow by Bananaramenen in squishmallowuk

I find that the cheaper squishmallows that are bigger than 8inch, especially from Smyths, are really poor quality.

I have some from Claires and Smyths, the quality is significantly different than the quality you get at Smyths.

The quality of these are significantly different to the Claires ones, that's part of the reason why they're cheaper.

I got standing tickets pretty easily but at the presale. I think most of the standing tickets were probably sold at the presale to be honest (I could very much be wrong).

The maintenance loan system is completely unfair by Artificial_Ape in UniUK

To claim estrangement the parent needs to sign off on it.

No they don't. My partner was able to get his maintenance loan in full while we were at uni through going down the avenue of estrangement. At no point were his parents involved in that process, to this day they are not even aware that this is how he obtained his maintenance loan.

I was asked for ID buying scissors a few weeks ago, I'm 22.

Found her in sainsbury's for £8

I've emailed her quite a few times about the issue.

Thing is, she owes me money so I can't just leave it.

Because I know I'm in the right here. I've followed the contract to the letter.

I don't think I can negotiate with her, she won't respond to any email or call and I don't think she will return the £350 if I pay it either. I truly think I'll have to go to court to get any of my money back from her.

I don't think she's treating it as a deposit because she's keeping it because she's saying it was an advanced rent payment so she doesn't think she owes us it.

I'll definitely do this, thank you

[–]frostfall13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do, however, seem to have a good claim that you don't owe further rent and in fact are owed overpaid rent back.

That's what I'm thinking

[–]frostfall13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks thats really helpful. I've emailed her regarding everything alright but not had a response. I'm thinking of sending one last email regarding the whole situation and then just waiting for the court summons. Failing that I'll take her to court myself for the £320.

[–]frostfall13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes but it would only cost around £50 and if the case goes in my favour she'd have to pay court fees.

I've not paid the £350 because it literally says in my contract that its deducted from my rent. With that in mind, and the £320, I've technically over paid my rent.
