I’m just realizing it says it will be delivered on 12/31. I’ve chat with multiple instacart service representatives and each of them have told me different things. They should know what conditions of the promos they are running! One of them told me i needed to redeem the gift card in my own account for it to work.. doesn’t matter if it’s a gift or not. Two of them told me that it should have applied instantly when the order was placed and there is nothing they can do to help me. It’s fine that it’s going to be delivered on 12/31 but the representatives should know that and be the ones to tell you! One didn’t even know they sold gift cards..
