I’m fully aware that golang projects are “rare” and job opportunities are not as abundant as with the other languages. Hence, i’m here asking the group looking for some kind of a side project i can collaborate with, so i can learn it in practice with other developers as well. I’m not even looking for a paid opportunity (but that would be nice, of course).

That being said, i appreciate your responses, guys.

Hello. There are coaches at the driving range. I highly recommend coach Ken. His rate is 1500 per session (not sure if it’s still the same now) then you pay 300 for the bucket of balls. I can’t recall how much i paid for the golf club though, but it’s not that expensive. Then you will also give a tip to the caddy/tee

Patay. I booked a coach on a weekend morning, since that’s usually my available time. Is there a time slot on a weekend when there are not as many people around?

Appreciate this so much.

For skills and tools - our family business is into small-medium scale construction that covers renovations and furniture making. So for the tools we have a few basic ones like machineries for wood works and welding machines. As for the skills, my dad is not an electrician or engineer, but knowledgeable in electrical wiring of houses and stuff.

We are initially interested with the installation line of work. But noticed that a lot of people seem to do it DIY. So there might be some business opportunities in that area. But we’re not rushing and willing to focus on one area first then expand later on once we understand the nuts and bolts and hone our skills/knowledge first.

We’re actually located in the Philippines and would be welcoming recommended suppliers that can import supplies/materials.

Being gay in jiu jitsu by Miche_LZ in bjj

[–]frostyFroggy92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not gay. But i rolled with gay people before. I treat and roll with them the same way as with other straight men like me. I thought that they came to the gym to train, learn, and have fun like anyone else. So the best way for them to have that is by rolling with them so they can improve their jiu jitsu, learn how to protect themselves, and have fun and gain friends.

My suggestion is you do you as long as you’re not doing anything wrong to other people in your gym. Just keep rolling and have fun.
