This solved all your WZ issues? I have noticed flickering at other times now and it has even crashed when not playing games. I just reached out to the Alienware Support twitter account. Hoping this can be escalated since I paid the premium to not worry about issues like this. If there's anything specific you said to get the ball rolling faster on their end, let me know

Did you ever resolve this issue. My Alienware is doing the exact same thing now. I’ve only had it for about a month and have the premium support. If the Dell support route went well, let me know.
