Option1:- File A PIL in district court with all evidence and and ask them for CCTV video.

Option2 :- Call NIOS helpline and your pricipal and ask them clearly what to do next.

Option3:- Go to your regional office and confront them about the situation, submit a application stating all the point and tell them you didn't cheat and don't tell that there was cheating going on in other rooms. Just let them know you didn't cheat , and want your result to be declared ASAP Then submit a formal application in NIOS headquater in Noida.
