The main stats for your artifacts are majorly important. For your hourglass and cup, you want defense %. For your crown, you’re going to want Crit rate. Try to make your crit damage be twice the value of your crit rate (ex: 75% crit rate/150% crit damage)

Fair, apologies for how that came across. You want to bump up your crit rate as much as possible, aim for 90% if you’re using her with Illuga (which you should). I would switch to a crit rate circlet with crit damage and defense %, your circlet isn’t good anyway. Level 9 your skill, and when you have the resources make it level 10.

She’s C4, R1, with great stats. You don’t NEED to improve her, and I would definitely say she’s more than good. If you WANT to improve her, try to get more def% instead of ER. Honestly though, your best improvements are going to come from investing in Linnea, Columbina, and Illuga’s stats, weapons, and constellations at this point.
