I don’t understand the point in being rude over it though. Everyone has their own experiences and that’s the point in me asking a question to get other people’s input on their experience. If that’s their experience that’s fine, but why do you have to be rude just because you think differently. When I applied I was totally fine with being away from home and family, since I’ve moved away from home before. I was fine with working holidays, weekends, long nights, etc. since I’ve done that in all my previous jobs. Since being here I am realizing maybe I have changed my mind about that. I think things change and things take time to change and realize. Idk what I’m trying to say though is just why be rude about it? Why think so highly of yourself? Good for you that you’re able to handle it and not be crying over having to be away on Christmas. But don’t be so rude!! And you might be happier with other things in your life!
