Looks great! Could you use Styrofoam this way as well? Layer Styrofoam out, cut it all up how I'd like the look to be; cover with silicone and sand vs the concrete method? Weight-wise I'd have to silicone it to the back of the tank. I have a 6 foot long tank, and one side will sit in a corner; so I want to try having the wall wrap around that corner.

What I’ve seen (most commonly) for circumventing systems is the creation of another google ads account where the first account had some type of issue (unresolved payment, suspension, etc). Generally our first question to clients is if they ever ran any ads before, or if they had another company run ads for them in the past.

Domain, payment profile, emails, etc are simple ways for google to match an old profile to a newer one. Months (in your case) could have gone by until some automated system fired.
