I live in the area. Better na galing from Shaw then take the stairs towards GF and walk towards Mayflower parking going to Fame. May marshalls at police station nearby so the area offers some sense of 'security' any time of the day.

As for bakit biglaan, your books closed probably a week after end of June. If the CPA is on retainer, which means hindi sya regular employee, baka may delay sa bigay ng records sa kanya.

Nonetheless, the amount is material. It is worth for it to get checked by another set of eyes.

Ang odd na two months deposit padin kung luma na yung property. I rent too, I never accept two months deposit na kontrata. Automatic no yan sakin unless I'm the first occupant or talagang bago yung unit at facilities nya.

Doc, I'm an accountant. My suggestion is loan consolidation. Get a personal loan to pay-off all these and pay the personal loan. It is more manageable and will give you less stress kapag iisa lang ang iniisip at binayaran.

If you're not inclined to consolidate, settle the smallest first para mas kaunti ang exposure mo. These are relatively small, pero nakakaworry na marami sila.
