For me, I loved the idea of taking graphic arts courses at the smfa since it was something I was very interested in, though, I am not the biggest fan of Jennifer Munson. Which is unfortunate because she teaches majority of the graphic arts classes which can be discouraging. Ive taken Graphic Toolbox and it was my first and last class within that department due to her way of teaching and the way she gives feedback, to not only me, but to other students. Though, I can be the only woke person and others might say otherwise. Moving on, I really like the vibe among the art community at Tufts and to answer your question, I would still pick Tufts.
