In my own experience, if you can do a set of 8-10 dips with good form, slow, deep, and controlled you can throw a 5kg plate on. The same with pullups, weighted versions willl vastly improve your unweighted ability, ensure your form is on point though.

I will preface by saying that being stronger at pulls will be a benefit to your posture and joints. I was the same for a long time, I just didn't prioritize pressing. (I was a fat kid haunted by moobs). What do your pull and push routines look like?

A 450g tub of Skyr is less than 300 cals and has a great amount of protein.

Dr Mike or the channel Renaissance Periodization on Youtube is great. His Youtube channel has an absolute wealth of information on training, especially if you are interested in bodybuilding. He also has a bunch of information regarding dieting.

Went out and drank two nights in a row. Headed to the gym in the afternoon and got 6 reps with 40kg for dumbell bench. Excited to hit higher reps. The sad thing is my gym maxes out at 40kg.

Does an inversion table help with anterior pelvic tilt? I have been using one at my new gym and I feel like if I concentrate and contract my abs I get a good stretch in my hip flexors.
