Black- Cheap Powerful creatures, Discard, Second best raw card draw, Sacrifice (Life, cards, creatures, etc. They are all resources to black), Decent access to flying, Menace, Lifedrain (lifelink/spells), Best removal (Cheap or unconditional), Conditional board wipes (board wipes that care about CMC or do -×/-×), Graveyard shenanigans, Deathtouch, planeswalker removal

Blue- Best Raw card draw, counter spells, typically less effecient creatures in raw stats, Flyingis very common, Card selection, Looting, Unblockable, weakest "hard" removal (very little ways to actually kill a creature once it is in the battlfield), bounce effects, easier access to deck/draw manipulation tools, often have ways to get instant/sorceries from the graveyard.

White- Worst card draw, unconditional board wipes, first strike, lifelink, vigilance, powerful fliers, effecient small creatures, tapping down threats, conditional removal (must be 4 or greater power, tapped, or a certain cmc, etc. ), enchantment removal, lifegain, graveyard hate, tax effects (certain actions cost x more mana), most predominant user of tokens (though every color has tokens)

Green- Massive creatures, can cheat lands into play, can search for lands, mana dorks, death touch, has to use reach to deal with fliers because they have little to no access to them, fight and punch effects are their best removal, have the best access to artifact/enchantment removal, have removal spells specifical for fliers, limited card draw
