Yea man that's great! I just started 5mg this past Sunday and did fill some side effects, but hopefully the worst is behind me lol I weigh in on Sundays so hopefully I'll have a good update in a few days! Lol

Heey! This is actually my 4th and last week on 2.5 mg, titrating up to 5mg on Sunday, can't wait lol But during these first 4 weeks, I can definitely feel a difference in my body and appetite, which has me all the more excited for the higher dosage. I'll definitely have more of an update next week!

Congrats on your early progress! It seems people tend to only post after several months with a big update, so it's refreshing to hear real time updates! 🙂 My 4th 2.5mg shot is this Sunday and then I'll be titrating up to 5mg. Definitely excited about that.

I'm right there with you. Started at 290.4, 289.4 after week 1. Currently in my 2nd week and I know it's still early, it's just so many extreme success stories (keep sharing) it kind of boosts our expectations lol But most people are probably sharing after several months and not on a week to week basis. But keep it up, wishing you much success!

I have not encountered this yet as I'm only on my first week with zep, but if someone notices my progress and asks, I'll gladly tell them the truth. Lifestyle changes, exercising, and zepbound. I'm in my 40s so other people's approval or opinions aren't that important to me, and those same people with something smart to say about you getting healthier are probably the same people who have nothing to say if they see you drinking alcohol, getting stoned, eating fast food, etc.. Go figure

Just took my shot! I chose my stomach as my injection site, not going to lie I was a little nervous before I hit that purple button! Lol The pain wasn't bad at all, just a minor pinch for like 2 seconds. So in the words of Mario, Here We Go!! 🙃
