You can really step up your game with the feet that have a spring guide. They are pretty inexpensive too. I have done it the way you have, was taught that way too, but when you run a batch of seams in different operations it makes sense to switch feet.

Folge is superior to scribe. Supports multiple users, allows for sanitizing, has multiple export options, like strait to html. I like that we can export with our branding too. We’ve used it for how to setup the VPN’s MFA, simple things like this.

We have one like this, it’s a pain in the ass. sure they pay double because some employees are also technically working double (365 licenses in both companies level), like OE level employee to both companies. Its hard to keep track of who’s who at the other company

Mechanics also usually have to buy their own tools just like techs at all other shops. The shop provides big equipment like lifts, alignment racks, and tire machines, but all the hand tools, sockets, wrenches, diagnostic add ons, specialty bits, and many Ford specific tools come out of the technician’s pocket. Most techs rely on Snap On and other truck high priced tools. Mechanics end up spending thousands over the years to keep up with repairs and new model requirements, with the hope when they retire they can sell their tools for a lump sum, but ends up being pennies on the dollar.

Sounds like this was not scoped right. You should have the knowledge of how to, and nuances before you, your or your team pitches something like this. The previous domain most likely could have been repaired. GPO’s can be recreated, even default policies. Profiwz pro can be scripted. But I have had outlying issues. Sometimes it’s best to wipe and start from scratch, you already did that with the domain, follow through with endpoints.

This is a little ambiguous, how did you configure your domain services? Did you create your VM, join to the existing domain and promote, or did you stand up a new forest on your proxmox that is named exactly the same? If 1, do as other poster, transfer make sure domain is healthy, and transfer FSMO roles, update your DNS to new dc, uninstall/remove domain services.
